We work with your existing furnishing where possible while adding essential furniture and decor to upgrade your space and make it look more welcoming to the potential buyers. We also provide you our recommendation for decluttering, re-organizing and any required repair in a comprehensive report.
Vacant Home Staging
For vacant properties, we provide all the required furniture and accessories to create a custom design for potential buyers and help them visualize their future home. We have an extensive inventory of modern furnishings and décor which we carefully select for each project considering the demographic of the buyers.
Consultation
We will visit your space, discuss your need, and take photos and measurements. We will provide you our recommendation on any required repairs, decluttering and paint colour. A comprehensive report and proposal will be sent to you within 24 hrs.

We know that getting a property ready for staging can feel overwhelming — especially when sellers aren’t sure where to start. That’s why our Pre-Staging Strategy Session is designed to take the pressure off agents and provide homeowners with expert guidance they can trust.
During this 1.5 to 2-hour in-home consultation, we walk through each room and offer a clear, actionable plan that covers:
- Decluttering suggestions
- What to keep, what to remove, and how to edit the space
- Furniture placement ideas and layout guidance
- Identifying valuable updates versus unnecessary ones
- Lighting improvement recommendations
- Paint color suggestions
- Creating visual balance through styling advice
After the walkthrough, we provide a detailed report outlining all recommendations. It also includes our professional suggestion on which Occupied Staging Package — Decor or Partial, would best suit the home, should you decide to move forward with staging. Alternatively, you’re welcome to use the report as a guide and implement the recommendations on your own.
Our consultation fee is $280 + tax for a 1.5 to 2-hour in-home strategy session.

We also provide tailored recommendations for decluttering, re-organizing, and any necessary repairs to help present the home at its best.
Partial Staging
A more comprehensive solution for homeowners needing a larger transformation. This package may include additional furniture, layout adjustments, and enhanced styling to elevate key areas and maximize the home’s appeal.
